As the spread of Covid-19 pandemic in 2019, Mr.Rothsadavone khamvongsa designed to separate from the design and consulting company in the beginning of 2020.

He wanted to explore new opportunities and ways for change. He moved to his farm living alone searching for his passion.

By the end of 2020, he came up with the idea of establishing a small cafe in his land. He spent time thinking, gathering information and revising how the concept and style of the cafe will be.

In 2023, he finalized his thoughts about the cafe's concept as " Life with Art".

On 20 April 2024, the Switch Cafe was born and publicly opened. The cafe was built based on three principles: knowledge, Imagination and mindset.
